"I have been buying bits and bobs off Crooks Suzuki for a very long time and even though I wasn't spending much money, Martin, Keith, Brian, Kim and Lynne and the mechanics Tony, David and the apprentice Paul always have time for a chat and a laugh (and the occasional biscuit, thanks Brian's Mum) but in 1998 I purchased my very first brand new bike, a Suzuki TL1000R.
 
Although the bike itself was a bit of a disappointment (not a lot of bottom end for a Vee Twin) the service I received opened my eyes to what real customer orientated service should be. The TL 1000R was followed by a series of Suzuki models, a Hayabusa (stonking bike) GSXR1000K1, GSXR1000K4 and my last purchase a GSXR1000K5, the best of the lot.
 
As you would expect with a number of new bikes there has been a few minor problems (but not too many) mainly to do with warranty issues. They without exception have been resolved to my complete satisfaction.
 
On a few occasions when my alarm has drained the battery of the bike, Martin or Keith have always managed to find me a charged battery, sometimes taking one off a demo bike, so that I can go out and play.
 
Even my 11th hour visits to the clothing department (usually around 5.25pm when they close at 5.30pm) have always been met with good humour by Lynne and Kim and my fumbling attempts to replace the visor on my Arai have been sorted out.
 
I can't praise the service I have received from Crooks-Suzuki too highly and to be honest, can't envisage a time when I would give my custom to any other dealer in the North West let alone Barrow-in-Furness."
